Bouchchichi’s artistic identity has been established in different
art exhibitions. He also launched solo shows in different art
galleries in Morocco and abroad. Bouchchichi’s works are not
the conclusion of a mono-culture. He is grateful to multi-cultures,
which motivated his art. His exhibitions received much
interest in Morocco, in Ponteverda Bidennale in Spain, in Paris
and Sao Paolo Biennale in Brazil. In his images, Bouchchichi
crystallised the invisible to attract the viewer’s attention. Elimination
and blank spaces extends in different works. Using
dots, the line and the space he created a system of relationships
he alone knows how to decode and modify within the
space. Bouchchichi’s works display the recurrence of place
and non-place in relation to the human condition, which has
been at the centre of his intense research. Therefore, the tonality
in the works oscillates between powerfulness, lyricism,
reality and dream.
